FPA – Our Mission “Education” for Your Future and Ours

The purpose of the organization shall be to educate and inform premedical students, whether decided or not, about medical school and medicine in general. The organization also seeks to give students a chance to immerse into the attitude of medical service that is demanded of physicians in every walk of life. Furthermore, this will give students an opportunity to receive instruction and opportunities they, otherwise, would not have received. .
As an organization we will seek opportunities to grow as an order of humanity – to become the definition of a healer. A becoming, such as this, maintains a good foundation in the true-hearted, charity of one’s time and effort for the betterment of the community.
This organization does not deny membership on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, citizenship, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
The relationship is one of educational guidance and support as a sub-unit of the larger group. Also, the organization will reach out to various MCAT preparation affiliates (prices and quality determining which company).
The goal of membership is to provide the student with education and a better understanding of what it means to be a premedical student looking onward toward medical school. Members are required to be a full-time high school or college students.
The five-officer Advisory Committee consists of the following team: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Fellow (SORC Rep.). The rights of any member include the right to voice concerns, complaints and suggestions to any of the five-officer committee. There is one faculty/staff advisor of the student organization.
